1. Who We Are
Netify Builds is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Eli, based in Dayton, Ohio. We build and manage AI-powered Chat Assistants, Review Filter, and Reactivation Campaigns for local service businesses. Contact us at netifybuilds@gmail.com or by text at (937) 367-1847.
2. What Information We Collect
From business clients:
- Business name, owner name, email address, and phone number
- Business details provided during setup — services, hours, FAQs, branding preferences
- Google review link and alert email preferences
- Customer contact lists submitted for reactivation campaigns (names and phone numbers of past customers)
- Billing information processed by Stripe (we never see or store card numbers)
From your end customers:
- Name and phone number voluntarily provided through the chat assistant
- Star ratings and written feedback submitted through the review filter
- Conversation transcripts from bot interactions
3. How We Use This Information
- To build, deploy, and maintain your chat assistant and review filter
- To send lead notification emails when a visitor shares their contact info through your bot
- To send SMS reactivation campaigns to your past customers with your explicit authorization
- To send welcome, onboarding, and monthly summary emails to clients
- To provide analytics and reporting through your client portal
- To respond to support and bot update requests
We do not sell your data. We do not use customer data to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails to your end customers. Customer contact information collected through your chat assistant is passed directly to you and is your responsibility to manage.
4. SMS Messaging and TCPA Compliance
When you use our Reactivation Campaign service, we send SMS messages to your past customers on your behalf. By using this service, you confirm that:
- All contacts are past paying customers with whom you have an existing business relationship
- You have obtained all consents required under applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- You will not submit lists of purchased, rented, or cold leads
5. SMS Program Disclosures
The following disclosures apply to all SMS messages sent through Netify Builds on behalf of our clients:
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Customers on reactivation lists receive no more than one campaign message per quarter unless additional campaigns are authorized by the business owner.
- Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Recipients are responsible for any charges from their wireless carrier.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving messages. No further messages will be sent after opting out.
- Help: Reply HELP for help or assistance. You may also contact us at netifybuilds@gmail.com or (937) 367-1847.
- Consent not shared: SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
All opt-out requests (STOP) are honored immediately and permanently. Netify Builds is not responsible for TCPA violations arising from non-compliant customer lists submitted by clients.

7. Data Retention
Client account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted. Lead and conversation data is retained for 12 months on a rolling basis. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys are stored as server environment variables and never exposed publicly. We do not store payment card data. Portal access is protected by unique client credentials and optional Google OAuth.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Email netifybuilds@gmail.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact us immediately if you believe we have done so.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients by email for significant changes.
